I led a chapter of 182 members, working to build a strong, inclusive community while managing day-to-day operations. I created and implemented strategic plans that helped boost overall chapter performance. I was also responsible for overseeing our $711,000 budget, making sure we stayed financially healthy by coordinating fundraising efforts and keeping expenses on track. Part of my role involved planning and hosting events, philanthropy projects, social gatherings, and recruitment activities, that brought in over 200 attendees and aligned with our chapter’s mission. I worked closely with both university staff and our national organization to ensure we stayed compliant with all policies and expectations. I also mentored our executive board, supporting their growth and helping them succeed in their roles. I led improvements to our recruitment process, which led to an increase in new member enrollment across the Panhellenic community. When challenges came up, I helped resolve conflicts and supported members to keep our environment positive and connected. I also represented our chapter in campus-wide Greek life meetings, helping us build stronger ties with other student groups.
